Here's how it works...
STEP ONE - BOOK YOUR SESSION - 180 MINUTES OF ONE-ON-ONE TIME
We know that parents are overbooked, tired of getting stuck in traffic, and are looking for different basketball training options. Let us take your headache away and bring our training expertise to you. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of player development whether training indoors or outdoors. You provide the space, we'll meet you at that place. This program does not require a gym, the program has been specifically created for at-home workouts. We provide the tools for players to train outside of the gym and their normal practices. We are in full partnership with coaches, players, and parents to get the most out student athletes and their journey towards success.

STEP TWO - ATHLETE, PARENT, COACH CONSULTATION
When we arrive, we want to take the time to know the athlete and their family. Our goal is to lay out a roadmap and many times we are the starting point for beginner level players. This is a great time to ask lots of questions. Next, we discuss goals and build an individual player profile for RepUp performance evaluations. After we establish goals and set expectations it's time to start training. This valuable time sets the tone for the training, as there are different levels to the RepUp training system and now Coach Craig has a clear understanding on how to use his expertise to accommodate the athlete for their best training experience.

STEP THREE - EVALUATE, TEST, AND TRAIN FEATURING 10 REPUP DRILLS
Next, we dive into training as Coach Craig begins his RepUp testing and runs athletes through a series of basketball specific speed, strength, and skills drills based on the athletes age and skill level. Our mission is to start teaching the importance of consistent, disciplined, controlled training. Some of the drills are designed to challenge skill sets so we fail, correct, repeat, and fail again. How you respond will determine your success. The essence of training is to Rep with purpose, master skill sets one drill at a time, and to stay consistent with your training regimen. When we leave your property, we will have introduced you to the proper way to train on your own. Now it's up to you to continue with the tools we have provided. Each athlete will receive and keep a RepUp starter kit,12 RepUp drills accessed through the CB3 Elite website, and a RepUp performance evaluation with scores.
