AND HOW REPUP WORKS
Heavy ball crossover with a tennis ball or heavy tennis ball. In this demo the athlete is using a heavy ball and a heavy tennis ball starting the drill out with a single-cross pick set, double-cross pick set into a triple-cross pick set for time. Teaching points - stay low, keep hand on top of the ball, control the tennis ball on the pick set, head-up, and pound hard. Benefits are multiple including, hand-eye-coordination, balance, ball control, hand strength, cross speed, crossover combos, and conditioning. Once the athlete masters the set with the cone + ball, the athlete will transition into the same drill without the cone + ball. Note all drills are repeated without the cone. The results are FIRE when the athlete runs the same drill without the cone and uses a basketball - No thinking just doing...
